As requested by our core developer mkbu95 I've coded into the tracker 2 shortcuts (some 5 minute thing).
Using the right arrow while viewing a bug report takes you to the next unread bugreport of that same category, using the left arrow takes you back to your previous bug report (if you had one). The feature disables itself while the reply box is selected.
