in this recent commit I've redesigned the ers_report output, and added quite some extra stats when the server is compiled under DEBUG mode. a sample output is available in the image ( click it to zoom ).This greatly magnifies the ability of our staff and of our users to improve memory usage in a high number of areas (most core functionality relies on the ERS).
Accessing the ERS report is possible through the 'server ers_report' console command.
