HPM Hooking is out, daily digests are dead.

2 days ago we completed the Hercules Renewal Phase One on all major map-server files (date.h won't get it, pc_groups.h is the one left but it'll receive special attention later), which enabled us to do the HPM Hooks release today -- notes and all: http://herc.ws/board...-now-available/
