i.e. (quoting from script docs)
If you're using a client from 2011-10-10aRagexe.exe onwards, you can also
use automatic navigation and open URLs in browser by using some HTML-like
labels. For example:

    mes "go to <NAVI>[Hat Maker]<INFO>izlude,131,148,</INFO></NAVI> to make hats";

Will make the [Hat Maker] text clickable in the client and start a navigation
to that point.

    mes "You can <URL>Google<INFO>http://www.google.com/</INFO></URL> anything";

Clicking Google will open the browser and point to Google website.

a week ago I was going thru the game client looking for some packet behavior and I stumbled by <ITEMLINK>, which allows one to "link" to item descriptions, e.g.
mes "<ITEMLINK>HIIII Im valk shield<INFO>2115</INFO></ITEMLINK>";

which becomes a blue "HIIII Im valk shield", which, upon clicked, opens the valkyrie shield (2115) item description window. I'm not aware of when this was implemented, I tested on 2013-12-23c.

2014 ragefest -- because decent, courteous, respectful people are getting harder and harder to find.

and here we are, off to my first "rathena staff have no shame" blog post of 2014.
Its hard for them to piss me off, as I hardly ever open anything rathena related (on a fair guess I'd say I've been to their forum some ~20 times since I was removed from it - November 24th, 2012), and it happens today I was online on IRC to hear a very annoying thing, which just further demonstrates they just can't move on, they don't have the balls to actually try to get better than us so they use tricks, they cheat, they take other peoples' work and claim as their own, and so on, there is no end to their debauchery.
and the worst is that so little people give a damn, failing to realise that people have limits, as soon as they get pissed enough they'll quit, leaving rAthena and its users with way less content and features.
So, I was, unfortunately, present on IRC to read this.

[23:34:59] <Kisuka> lol...
[23:35:07] <Kisuka> rA copied the episode list i made
[23:35:14] <Kisuka> asked em to link back to hercules, no reply.
[23:35:19] <Kisuka> figures~
[23:35:24] <Uzieal> blasphemy
[23:35:49] <Kisuka> http://rathena.org/board/topic/91277-ragnarok-online-rathena-another-dimension/

I'm not writing this entry for them, they have long shown to not be bound by any kind of moral values. I'm writing this for you, o ragnarok emu users, who still have to open your eyes and realise that while you're still getting your content and features while under rAthena, that it will not continue forever, given much of their content is taken from us, which in itself is not a problem as we're both open source with similar licenses it is open for the content to be used in such manner, however it is a problem that they can't be happy just taking it, they to be so bold to claim it as theirs while continuously harassing hercules and its staff, while I'm pretty much indestructible -- having being removed from rAthena, a project I contributed into more than all its other members combined, by a bunch of crooks, I still managed to move on and create Hercules given my stamina, while many others are not as indestructible as I am, and such actions can easily demotivate them, and make them go away and stop contributing, and this, is where you should open your eyes, and realise that as that is allowed to continue, you are bound to lose content and features, given most of the innovations and new features added to rathena past year were thanks to us, so this is how it can end up, either you start moving -- and by no means I'm calling for people to move over, talk to your repositories staff and convince them to get a pair, otherwise both you and them will end up losing valuable content and features, for they too will end up with little to none to copy from.
