From item ID 12041 to 12100 are all of the food items.
Currently, they sell for 0z, but every official source I've seen says they have their own sell prices. Unless there was an official change to these that I'm unaware of, I'm assuming it's a bug. They still have these prices in rAthena, as well.
Dish01 foods should sell for 1,000 Zeny.
Dish02 foods should sell for 2,000 Zeny.
Dish03 foods should sell for 3,000 Zeny.
Dish04 foods should sell for 4,000 Zeny.
Dish05 foods should sell for 5,000 Zeny.
Dish06 foods should sell for 10,000 Zeny.
Dish07 foods should sell for 20,000 Zeny.
Dish08 foods should sell for 30,000 Zeny.
Dish09 foods should sell for 40,000 Zeny.
Dish10 foods should sell for 50,000 Zeny.

After reviewing both SQL and CONF versions of the item_db, I was unable to reproduce this bug. All dishes sell at their appropriate price.
Actually, after reviewing them again, it seems the appropriate prices are missing from the renewal item_db conf.

Sorry, I should have been more specific.
It seems to be okay in the pre-re item_db.conf, but it's different in the re item_db.conf as you said.
