Hi everybody.

I've been looking for a guide or assitance with Thor Patcher on Plesk 12.

I'm running my server on a Windows 2012 R2 using Parallels Plesk 12.

When I used XAMPP server, I just had to host my thor folder in my htdocs XAMPP folder, with the rest of my folders and web files, and taada~~ it perfectly worked.

Now, I have copied my thor folder in mydomain.com folder, like the rest of my website files and folders, to work on my Plesk domain.

So I did with thor folder but Thor Patcher client says "Failed to communicate with server".

I don't know what may be wrong... My website is properly running, and so does my forum.

I have shared and granted everyone/read&write rights to my server thor folder, so I don't know what else might be blocking the communication with my Thor Patcher Client.

Has anybody installed Thor Patcher in Plesk 12 Servers?

Thank you, guys!

Ok, I found myself a solution.

Manual created folders don't apply download right for some file extensions like .ini by default.

If you create public folders using the Plesk app tools and use them to store the patcher files it will work.

Thank you guys. This thread can be closed.
