Poison React:
The skill autocast effect only triggers when the character is hit, not when being attacked, thus making the character stand and face his opponent (on ea he can sit and go afk while dealing envenom hits without standing).
And when attacked by a poison elemental monster (not poison elemental attacks) he will deal a single attack (with increased damage % as de description says) against the attacker, with attack animation and all, doing even the secondary hit using katars or dual hand.
Tested on Ultramage Private Aegis Server. Zone X.3
