The two bugs are completely unrelated but I'll use just one post.
The First one. Using icewall over a spot where the cells are considered as water (i.e. you can cast waterball there) will calcen the 'water' property on the cells on icewall expiration. I tried reloggin but still I can't cast waterball there, so probably it's not just a clientside error.
The second one. The NPC skill evil land levels are bugged. Some time ago the banshees used an evil land that covered a huge area (11x11?), but since some time ago the use an evil land that just covers an small area (3x3). The problem is that the visual effect only covers a small 3x3 area, but the actual effect still covers a large area (11x11?). You still get damage even if you are out of the 3x3 visual area of effect.
I don't know whether if its bugged the visual effect being smaller than the actual AoE or the actual AoE being greater than the visual effect. I think it probably is the last one, and the difference between skill levels is messed up.
