Bug Tracker Migration

June 3rd
Good news everyone! The staff has decided that it is time to slowly kill off this Bug Tracker. We will begin the process of slowly migrating from this Bug Tracker over to our Github Issues which can be found here: https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/issues

Over the next couple of days, I will be closing off any opportunity to create new reports. However, I still will keep the opportunity to reply to existing Bug Reports. Doing this will allow us to slowly fix any bug reports we have listed here so that we can easily migrate over to our Issue Tracker.

Update - June 7th 2015: Creating new bug posts has been disabled. Please use our https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/issues tracker to post bugs. Users are still able to reply to existing bug posts.

I just found out that skill blocking or shall we say skill re-use delay after using the skill is being reset when you relog your character. I posted it here because its a main eA function to block a skill. Anyway, as I test the function blocking a skill with a 3 minutes re-use delay I try to relog and the function is resetted and you can use again the skill. Officially I noticed in official server that blocking is not resetted when you relog so there might be something to be added so that the blocking will not be reset.

I hope some eA developer will try to fix the function. Currently there are skills that has cooldown in present jobs example is SM_BASH but only has 5~10 sec cooldown i think.

I hope this won't be ignore because in the future this function will be needed to work with new skills.

I'm not sure what'd be the best implementation on this case, maybe if we added a new column to the characters' skill tree table? to store each skill cool down? .-. would be hardly used though |: i'm out of ideas atm

You can check 3CeAM's solution for this issue. I'm not sure, but I think it was implemented by zephyrus_cr.
