The delay associated with this skill is the same delay that is associated with the skills Restoration, Regeneration, and Battle Command. If a guild leader preforms one of these, they cannot preform Urgent Call until the 5 minute delay has enlapsed, and vice versa.

To avoid bypassing the 5 minutes cooldown by relogging, the skill has a 5 minutes delay after logging in.

-- i know the that it need 5 mins before you can use it. but 4me. i did not use it yet since yesterday. but when i updated the rathena(2 hrs ago) to its latest revision i cant use EC anymore. i did try to start woe and im on the guild castle still i cant use..
