I prayed the same as above, but the angel does not appear.
You have to be on exactly n*10.00% exp or max lvl with full exp. Did you check that?
Yeah, i am super novice with lv 99 and 4m EXP.
I experienced that sometimes the prayer simply does not want to work, but other times it works instantly.
Try it on some different maps:
Write in the 3 lines of the prayer, then write some random text like:
Dear angel, can you hear my voice?
I am (space separated player name) Super Novice~
Help me out~ Please~ T_T

Not working:
Strange... The last thing you should check is the data\msgstringtable.txt in your grf. Maybe it has some other text. If this is not the problem, then I'm out of ideas. It seems to be ok in the clif.c.
i tried change line 790~793 in my msgstringtable.txt to:
Dear angel, can you hear my voice?# I am# Super Novice~# Help me out~ Please~ T_T#And tried hex 2012-04-10 RagRE Client with packet_db,txt of 20120410 client and use newest SVN without MOD but its still not working ...
I using 2012-05-15 client.
So what i wrong...

maybe it depends on the client..I check the server and it didn't receive any data from the client..currently I'm decoding the error message..as you can see on your SS there is gibberish message..

how about try putting "" bef and after of your name since we do this when calling guild/characters name with spaces ingame
