I have this issue. The icon appears and the duration is 2 minutes ish with a +9 Giant Shield.
It's definitely broken, since it's supposed to stack with all other reflect. I turned off all my other reflect, and it doesn't work.

got the same issue spell 1, 2 ,3 is not working there armor is not breaking
