Bug Tracker Migration

June 3rd
Good news everyone! The staff has decided that it is time to slowly kill off this Bug Tracker. We will begin the process of slowly migrating from this Bug Tracker over to our Github Issues which can be found here: https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/issues

Over the next couple of days, I will be closing off any opportunity to create new reports. However, I still will keep the opportunity to reply to existing Bug Reports. Doing this will allow us to slowly fix any bug reports we have listed here so that we can easily migrate over to our Issue Tracker.

Update - June 7th 2015: Creating new bug posts has been disabled. Please use our https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/issues tracker to post bugs. Users are still able to reply to existing bug posts.

Now the issue...

When a Warlock uses Reading spell book and choose a skill like:

Comet, Earth Strain, Chain Lighting: the skill "Release" ignores the delay of these skills, so if you have 3 spells memorized by Reading Spell Book, you can spam them with Release, w/o waiting for the delay of each source skill (comet, earth strain or whatever), it's curious because this skill works fine with Wizard/HWizard skills properly, so if you use Reading Spell Book with Storm gust 3 times (example) you must wait until the delay for SG finishes and then you can use Release again, but in another way... with earth strain and chain lighting, you wont wait for use Release again, so you can cast Release of earth strain 3 times immediately if you want.

Release is taking the delay of the spell that is being released, and that is not happening on rA... but yes in iRO...

yes , it's delay 5 second ~ because if no delay all players will spam it

There are two different kind of delays; a shared one and an individual one. The cool down is based on the shared one.

nope that is not the case..Release doesn't have any kind of delays..it depends on the global delay of the spell/skill used..
for example SG having a 5s therefore you can't cast release for 5s...but I can spam ES between .5s delay using release...

to sum up Release ignored skill delay and cooldown(of course its individual delay of skill) except global delay...
