Well, what I think ARE bugs. Anyway, I just found these on the RMS Test Server.
-Poem of Netherworld is only usable in PvP areas. I looked at the skill description and even searched everywhere regarding this. Found nothing that says it's only enabled in PvP areas. The same goes for Bio Cannibalize, Plant Cultivation, Sphere Mine and Wall of Thorns. There's probably a bunch of other skills I haven't found yet that are for some reason only usable in PvP maps. (Most of these seem to revolve around the Minstrel/Wanderer and Genetic skills) Edit: I found that some of these skills are usable outside towns...don't see any reason why though.
-Please Don't Forget Me (Slow Grace in iRO) affects both players and enemies.
-Melody of Sink, Warcry of Beyond and Unlimited Humming Voice doesn't seem to work. They seem to work on...enemies in pvp...is this intentional?
-Throwing a Black Mass via Sling Item affects yourself when thrown at a monster.
-Howling of Mandragora: The skill is not said when used.
-Sound of Destruction: Deals damage. No idea if this is intentional.
-Metallic Sound: Deals extra damage when target is only in Deep Sleep. Apparently in iRO it should also deal the extra damage in Sleep status.

pre-re or renewal? i tried it on pre-re. the skill doesn't work. it consume the Plant Bottle but the plant didn't appear.

the skill should not work on a non pvp map. it only works on pvp maps or gvg maps. but why the bottle has been consume and there is no plant appears.
