please update chaos panic..... our chaos panic atm gets can be resisted in contrast to what the description says....
so it is pretty much what is a bow SC's advantage to ranger class.... having a disable for MVPS.....
- Ignores all forms of Chaos immunity, including the Boss protocol of monsters
