Hi there,
Previously I did mention something about the skill point having errors. Here's some pictures to help out on the bug issue.
1st picture as you can see, my job lvl is 10. I've level up with job level 50, 70, then now 10.
Meaning to say my skill points are 127 correct? Therefore with my current skill set, I should be able to add skill points into my 3rd job directly. However take a look at the error. It's stating that currently i require 3 more skill points in order for it to work. I've tried GM @reset, as well as script resets to see if it works. However none of them worked in the end.
Here are the pictures that states all my other tab skills.
Lastly, there's an error with the stat point description though. I should be using only 49 Skill Points. However the description is stating 50 instead. But i could still pass through with 49 skill points.
Here's the example. I'm using 2012-04-10 RagexeRE. Therefore i think it's hardcoded? But previously on rAthena it wasn't there though, so i believe it could be a server/src edit? I'm not too sure on this part.

Scripts I used were Euphy's All-In-One NPC 1.6

In your 2nd job tab, I can only count 63 points used. On your first job tab, you used 54 skill points total. I counted twice, altogether that's 117. You need to use 118 points for 1st and 2nd job to move on to 3rd. You used 5 skill points from your 2nd job and put it in your 1st job skill tree. The missing skill point could be from job changing at job level 49 (high) or job 69 (2nd). Use @stats and check the job change levels at the bottom of your chatbox. I can't reproduce this on my server.

normally, 49 skill points can be spend for 3rd class skills at max, but in the following screen I was already able to spend 42 on my 3rd class skills while still having 18 left, for a total of 60 points.
Also, you can see that I spend 57 skill points on my 2nd class skills. With the (normally) 42 used +7 skill points left, I should\'ve used 11 more skill points for 2nd class skills (or rather 12, but I forgot to unequip a clip before reskilling once, so I\'m missing 1 stat point, but that\'s not the issue here ^^*)
While it is nice to spend more points on 3rd class skills, this is definitely not intended it wouldn\'t be fair either. ^^*

today, I tested it again, before another skill reset as well as after a new one, I can still distribute points to 3rd class skills before using all 69 on my 2nd class skills.
In the picture, I already spend 30 points while still having 30 left. For my 2nd class skills, I spend only 57 points on them so far. (12 less than I actually need to).

Another problem with the skill points is that distributed skills by the mouse, when using @joblvl -50 the skills are reset, the right would not reset.
I can confirm jTynne's issue where I can add skill points to my 3rd job skills even if I haven't finished spending skill points for my 2nd job tab.

my bad on this, after trying it out once again, it's still the same,
i can't increase the skill. It's still stuck nevertheless.

Confirming this, i can lvl up the 2nd job skills spending only 3 skill points in the 1st tab (Oh, panic everywhere)
