Bug Tracker Migration

Good news everyone! The staff has decided that it is time to slowly kill off this Bug Tracker. We will begin the process of slowly migrating from this Bug Tracker over to our Github Issues which can be found here: https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/issues

Over the next couple of days, I will be closing off any opportunity to create new reports. However, I still will keep the opportunity to reply to existing Bug Reports. Doing this will allow us to slowly fix any bug reports we have listed here so that we can easily migrate over to our Issue Tracker.

Update - June 7th 2015: Creating new bug posts has been disabled. Please use our https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/issues tracker to post bugs. Users are still able to reply to existing bug posts.

Arm Cannon Not Properly Ignoring Racial/Size

Arm Cannon is not calculating correctly - it is including race and (almost sure) size mods at the moment; it should be ignoring all reductions except DEF - as can be seen here.

This skill has two damage parts:
1. Is based on Cannon Ball equipped and Mechanic's stats, isn't increased or reduced by anything except Property, enemy Def is subtracted from this part of damage.
2. Is based on Mechanic's Attack power, ins't increased or reduced by cards or equips that affect damage in % (Hydra, Archer Skeleton, Thara, Beret, Horn, Alligator, Asprika, Blinding Mist...).Can acquire weapon's Element and has damage penalty dependent of Enemy Size and Type of Weapon used, also enemy Def is just subtracted from this part o(f) damage.

I did all testing with a Pile Bunker and a Cranial Valk Shield, using iron cannonballs. Characters were naked except for
A. +12 CEB - swapped on and off.
B. Cranial Valkyrja's Shield

In both cases - offensively and defensively - racial increases/decreases applied.
I can do further testing with Skeleton Worker, Archer Skeletons, Mysteltainn/Tirfing cards and the like (even TG if need be), but I am almost 100% sure that these will also affect the damage, which they shouldn't.

Please advise.

On my server its not working at all.
Ammo is not consumed.
No damage to the target.
Tested it with and without pile bunker and MADO.
