Is not properly blocking Dragon Breath at the moment. It is properly blocked on all officials.
It is also not blocking Acid Demonstration (also blocked on officials).
Or Gates of Hell. Just checked. Running an exhaustive test to see what it DOES block now.
Compilation:
Not blocked: Warg Strike, Warg Bite, AD, DBreath, GoH, regular ranged bow attacks, Double Strafe, Arrow Storm, and some assorted others.
In short, I assume the Pneuma part of the skill isn't working :/
