Bug Tracker Migration

June 3rd
Good news everyone! The staff has decided that it is time to slowly kill off this Bug Tracker. We will begin the process of slowly migrating from this Bug Tracker over to our Github Issues which can be found here: https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/issues

Over the next couple of days, I will be closing off any opportunity to create new reports. However, I still will keep the opportunity to reply to existing Bug Reports. Doing this will allow us to slowly fix any bug reports we have listed here so that we can easily migrate over to our Issue Tracker.

Update - June 7th 2015: Creating new bug posts has been disabled. Please use our https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/issues tracker to post bugs. Users are still able to reply to existing bug posts.

Posted by Napster on 17 September 2014 - 09:02 AM

when player A (paladin) devotion to player B (other job)

1. player A (paladin) use skill (autoguard + reflect shield)
- (autoguard + reflect shield) transfer status by devotion to player B (other job)

2. player B walk out devotion rang but (autoguard + reflect shield) still there this normal or bug ? i'am not sure

PS. some one test for this in official server

please comfirm thank you

its bug
I will post all info later

@kyeme

post test this

transfer status still when..

1. warp change map (loading screen)
2  warp same map (ex. agit castle map)

thankyou sir

As far as I'm concerned it is not a bug. Devotion gets canceled if player B gets hit and they are too far away from each other.

As far as I'm concerned it is not a bug. Devotion gets canceled if player B gets hit and they are too far away from each other.

for me, ur sentence itself make it as bug. xD just like Napster said, "out-of-range -> remove buff (devotion)"

My point is, at least in irowiki, it says:

If a player goes beyond the range of Sacrifice, their line of Sacrifice
will graphically disappear. Sacrifice does not deactivate until a player
takes damage when out of range of the skill, or the duration of the
skill expires.

Said so, if you get hit it doesn't matter if you have guard or reflect or whatever. It will have no effect because devotion will be canceled. What should be tested is if you really lost devotion or if it really survives after going too far from the caster.

Ninjaedit: Tested on Aegis, the devotion itself works as intended.

Here are the infos:

Official:
If the party member exceed more than 12 cell the Devotion and so as Paladin's buff (Reflect Shield, Auto Guard, Endure) will automatically break/disable upon hit.
In the case of Defending Aura buff, upon first hit Defending Aura will take effect and then automatically be canceled.

Hercules:
If the party member already exceed more than 12 cell, upon hit (ex. Champion used Asura Strike) the Devotion and so as Paladin's Reflect Shield still takes effect.

Casting Range:
Official:
Devotion cast range is 12 cell, if party member is in the 13th cell, you can still cast Devotion but "skill has failed" will be shown.

Hercules:
Devotion can still be cast up to 13 range cell wherein the limit range is only 12

Im not quite sure about the cell counting. Kindly refer to this screenshot for further understanding. Thank you!
