iRO Wiki: http://irowiki.org/classic/Pneuma
Pneuma completely blocks the following skills:
- Acid Bomb
- Acid Terror
- Arrow Shower
- Arrow Vulcan
- Blitz Beat
- Clashing Spiral
- Double Strafe
- Falcon Assault
- Flying Kick
- Focused Arrow Strike
- Grimtooth (level 3 and above)
- Melody Strike
- Phantasmic Arrow
- Rapid Smiting
- Resurrection (used as offensive)
- Slinging Arrow
- Shield Boomerang
- Soul Destroyer
- Spear Boomerang
- Throw Spirit Sphere
- Traumatic Blow
- Venom Knife
No Arrow Repel on the list
I am using pre-RE.
Note that only damage is blocked by Pneuma; other effects like Stun and knockback will retain their abilities. It is therefore possible to use Arrow Repel to knock a player out of a Pneuma and into harm's way.

too bad I don't have Pre Aegis...but in renewal this doesn't work...Yes we need someone to confirm this on Aegis. Maybe it's useless in grinding but very useful skill for Sniper against Champion.
If you are relying on iROwiki for information, then read a bit more instead of relying on bullet points.
Source: http://irowiki.org/classic/PneumaCreates a 3x3 cell cloud around the target cell that blocks the damage all ranged physical attacks.
Also, do you see Throw Stone (Stone Fling), Throw Tomahawk (Tomahawk Throwing), any of the Ninja's throwing skills, Killing Stroke (Final Strike), Charge Attack (knight skill quest), or Stave Crasher in that list you posted?
Course you don't. Because iROwiki is incomplete with a lot of game play mechanics.
If you actually look at some of those skills I mentioned it says:
Source: http://irowiki.org/c...c/Stave_CrasherStave Crasher
Description
Does a physical attack based on the element of your weapon on one target by consuming 8 SP. As a normal physical attack, the inflicted damage is affected by various conditions such as the accuracy of the caster, the defense of the target, monster size, and monster cards in caster's equipped weapon. This attack can be blocked by Pneuma.
And some does not because, once again, iROwiki is incomplete with information. Don't rely on it.
But a final confirmation would be someone testing it on iRO classic.
