Bug Tracker Migration

June 3rd
Good news everyone! The staff has decided that it is time to slowly kill off this Bug Tracker. We will begin the process of slowly migrating from this Bug Tracker over to our Github Issues which can be found here: https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/issues

Over the next couple of days, I will be closing off any opportunity to create new reports. However, I still will keep the opportunity to reply to existing Bug Reports. Doing this will allow us to slowly fix any bug reports we have listed here so that we can easily migrate over to our Issue Tracker.

Update - June 7th 2015: Creating new bug posts has been disabled. Please use our https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules/issues tracker to post bugs. Users are still able to reply to existing bug posts.

(Pre-Renewal) Defending aura bug.

Hi,
I'm using lastest Git from Hercules, and complier with pre-renewal system.
in my server, acid bomb did not bypass defending aura. Pls check !

On official, the damage of the skill Acid demo, is reduced by Defender.

Opps, they say that on Official pre-renewal servers, the Defender skill doesn't reduce the damage of the skill acid demonstration.

yes, i mean in pre-renewal, thank you!

This needs to be fixed and it is a huge no-no for pre-renewal.

The reason why this works on RENEWAL is because they changed AD to a weird physical/magical property basing both ATK and MATK.  On pre-renewal, this is purely a long range skill that isn't physical, yet not magical either (or rather, magical but bypasses magic def and Golden Thief Bug Card) which is correctly defined in skill_db.txt as misc.

Defender only blocks physical long range damage.


Might want to check if this reduces magical damage in regards to incorrectly basing it similarly to horn card (which does reduce all long range damage regardless of attack type such as  magic / weapon / misc skills)
