There's a couple of issues with this skill:
1. It will hit twice sometimes, setting the interval number in skill_unit_db to someting ridiculously high like 100k helps with this but it still happens sometimes.
2. If you set the interval to -1, the double hit bug stops but now the skill will crash map server when used on moving targets.

With this, bakuretsu kunai and other skills like huuma ranka and raigekisai only hit once a random (?) target within the area, no more aoe effect.

Hmm, looks like there's a small visual issue with some skills, like magnum break for example, the animation will trigger on every target hit, the same goes for skills that use the default white "impact" animation. This can be pretty extreme when many targets are involved.
