								Mecha Arms cannon is supposed to be based around your cast animation tested this on a 193 aspd character with 100% cast reduction and my character gets stuck and can't spam it fast ( around 1 cast / sec ) but even more terrible when used on a female Mechanic ( around 1 cast / 3 seconds )
during the animation i can't move nor can my animation be cancelled by getting flinched.
Here's a full test on Arms cannon with 193 aspd and full cast delay reduction.
