I've noticed this on a few servers now... whenever I try to use a combo skill after RTB the window for when I can use RQB (aka Chain Combo) seems to be INSANELY small (where I have to continually spam the hotkey in hopes I get it when RTB procs). Could this have something to do how the servers work or am I totally paranoid?
