Charming Wink/Wink of Charm (Dancer's bonus skill) is no longer working on Demi-Human, Demon and Angel monsters.
Recently the server I play at received a stable branch update and since then it no longer works.
The skill used to make any aggresive Demi-Human, Demon or Angel (non-boss) monster that's lower level than your Dancer passive for 10 seconds whenever it worked (about 70% chance?). Now Charming Wink is working just like Pang Voice and not doing anything else other than Chaos status.
I looked through stable/trunk changelogs and didn't see any recent change on this skill. Any idea of what could have caused this?
