Poem Of Bragi affects homunculus after-cast delay atm, making it possible to deal severe damage in a second using caprice, on officials it doesnt affect a homunculus' aftercast delay at all. It's possible that none of the songs affect homunculus, altho I'm not certain on that one.
Another issue: Mind Breaker affects homunculus, with a high impact on its damage. I haven't tested this on officials tho', so I'm asking confirmation on this one.
As you can see what buffs affect homunculus is not very clear on eAthena, I'm quite certain that almost no buffs (if any) affect a homunculus on officials, as opposed to eAthena where almost all (if not all) buffs that affect players also work on a homunculus.
