Blood Lust - Amistr

I post here because i have an amistr doubt.... i've asked it to a lots of players in the server where i play and i have to solve my doubt..

Does the 9% chance of the skill blood lust leech the 20% of the damage in hp????
My amistr increases the 50% of damage when i use it but i've never seen when the hp has been leeched... >.<
It doesn't works? T.T
When will be corrected?

our GM says the following:
bugs with homunculus have nothing NOTHING to do with (our server) at all
if theres a problem go to the eathena forum and see if the problem is already known and if they are working on it
