In the private server where I play, I have multiple Super Novices, and when the correction about the super novice appeared, they all where 99 but my Baby, that was lower. Now the Baby is like 95 and when I die, I use Super Novice Spirit to recover the undying bonus (+10 all stats) and the last 1% of exp, but the exp is still missing when the angel appear.

Working as intended.
"No exp is recovered." Only the flag that you died (so you get allstat +10 again).
