If a Clown try to Tarot a HP while the HP is in a basilica, the Tarot Card of fate'll work. it can coma the user & also dmg him with the other cards, while the caster can not even heal himself since the new basilica stuff doesnt allow the caster to do anything but to turn basilica off.
