with any other skill, even with very slow attackspeed, you can use pots. but when using full buster you can't use potions until your atkspd delay runs out (shotguns have very slow attackspeed). skill delay reductions like bragi dont change this at all.
this makes it VERY bad in pvp, and is odd behavior to say the least...
