On eAthena:
[1 - (1 - value "-bDelayRate") * (1 - percent reduce "Poem of Bragi)] = delay rate




on Aegis:
Skill Falcon Assault
2 expert ring + Poem of Bragi (bard int = 50) = delay rate 90% = 0.3 sec


On eAthena:
Skill Falcon Assault
2 expert ring + Poem of Bragi (bard int = 50) = delay rate 82% = 0.56 sec

On eAthena:
Skill Falcon Assault
Poem of Bragi (bard int = 100) = delay rate 90% = 0.3 sec
