Well, in my opinion, that doesn't necessarily mean you shouldn't report them. They just might not be fixed right away since other reports like the eA's bugs have a higher priority. It'd just good to have them filed so that the devs are aware of them and won't forget to fix them.

For this instance, I probably wouldn't have known about this renewal change. Also, this bug report only has one value needed to be change in a file that already exists (rAthena/db/re/skill_require_db.txt). Fixing this shouldn't hinder the speed nor the resources of fixing eA's bugs.

I think the main point is not to expect renewal updates (mainly 3-2 classes) until eA bugs are more manageable. Well, at least, that is just my take on it. xD;
