The skill doesn't work perfectly because cards like hunter fly don't work on reflect.
It should do this :

Hm, I think you did it on the skill "Reflect Shield" and not "Reflect Damage", but it's not the same skill.
I just tried and it's working on reflect shield but not on reflect damage.

I did it for reflect damage and tested with reflect damage -- and I did test with reflect damage vs 5 high orcs and I got the heal from a knife with 4 hunter fly cards.
