It has icon on the right side but my stats still the same.[/quote]I can confirm this. The icon pops up but there is no AGI bonus. (Additionally the duration is wrong, too -> 5 minutes instead of 30.)

Moving this to Core section since the not working status change is more important than the wrong duration.
Please move it back when the status change works, otherwise I'll forget to change the duration.

Partly Fixed in [rev=15695]. Moved back to databases, the script of reins of mount in the pre-re db can be the same as the re db.

Duration is 5 mintutes indeed. 30 minutes is an error in custom translation.
Only thing left is removing Reins of Mount from pre-RE item DB.
