According to [url="http://irowiki.org/wiki/Deep_Sleep_Lullaby"]iRO Wiki[/url] and other guides\discussions around, the skill should be usable:
• alone (no ensamble or other Bard branch in party needed);
• with a Instrument type weapon equipped;
• within a range (see skill description);
At the moment just pop up me the message "[b]This skill cannot be used within this area.[/b]". Strange fact is the same message is sent if you use a Bow, like being able to cast the skill with Bows too (and [b]you are not allowed to use a Bow for such skill[/b]), but for some reason fails in the same way as with Instruments.
[b]Note #1:[/b] I used lvl 3 skill, not maxed at level 5.
