I stumbled upon this on an unrelated matter, they were indeed dealing the damage for blitz beat... Fixed that in [url="http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/rathena/changeset/15814"]r15814[/url], damage formula will also be reviewed on an upcoming atk update.
