I've also tested it with my Old eAthena SVN and it doesn't misses.

or probably has something to do with Stats of this Monsters

If it's your server increase your dex to something extraordinary or decrease their stats and check, simple.

It's not a good test just trieng one kind of element and say it's the problem when you miss everything.

Add some more description and try better tests.
