I've tried it on my server and somehow it does low damage to players.. and in mobs..

here's the screenshot of it..

As you can see in the attached photos the difference between the damage of a 1 all stat character to 120 str using spiral pierce is not that noticeable..

When I tested this to pRO Spiral Pierce does high damage to players.. and can kill magmaring using level 5 SP..

Additional information:
According to malufett that Spiral Pierce isn't yet at Renewal..

Weapon's weight has the great factor on SP damage..
