Say if you use reading spell book comet, and you use the release skill. Right now there is no cool down for the skill, so you can keep casting this skill. So if you cast comet without release, you will have the normal cool down, however, you can still use reading spellbook comet, and use release any time you want even know comet is cool down.
So I just wanted to know if this is the correct behavior.

It was difficult to figure out the official behavior of this skill due to lack of a character to test with in the past. But since I have one now I should test it out to see. Thank you for bringing this up. ill make another reply later after ive tested it.
