the skill NJ_ISSEN should make the user stay with 1% of his HP in Renewal mode and 1 HP in Pre-RE, I've seem it reported somewhere else but couldn't find the bug report so I'm posting here, by the way the bug report wasn't specific about this behavior so I'm posting it here.
