Is it normal for the animation to stay? even the effect is gone?

what do you mean??
the skill animation? if the target has a high str therefore the duration for him is lesser than the skill..
example:
VE - 12 sec
target with no str - 12 sec
VE - 12 sec
target with 120 str - 6 sec

yeah..and regardless what time the target goes into the range of VE it always follow the original duration it has..the target is the one adjusting..for example the VE casted and the target goes to it in the 7 seconds duration therefore the target will stuck for 5 seconds..but if it has a high str then it will ignore VE's effect...
