Suicidal Destruction
Added 300 second skill re-use delay.
Variable cast decreased significantly.
Fixed cast time decreased significantly.
Cast time was significantly reduced. With ~100 base dex with stat food + secrament, the cast time is estimated to be 1 ~ 1.5second.
Skill re-use delay changed to 3 minutes (approximate).
Caster's Base level increases the damage done.
Damage formula changed.
Caster's weapon does not affect the skill damage.
[color=#ff8c00]Suicidal destruction was significantly buffed. A level 147 mechanic with 100+7 vit, 40+5 int with no equipments dealt 100,000 damage to a level 150 sura with Gentle Touch: Revitalize and no equipments. Prior to the balance changes, with same set-up, Suicidal Destruction dealt 60,000 damage.
Note that suicidal destruction benefits heavily from caster's Maximum SP, therefore SP increasing equipment will greatly increase the damage done.[/color]
