About warlock skill, i think there's many thing should be fixed.
1. Warlock skill delay and certain fixed cast is still affected by bragis significantly, AFAIK in renewal, bragis not affected significantly for delay. And it's inflict some player spamming skill like Jack Frost, Comet dll.
2. Chain Lightning is still affected by ASPD.

that's mean delay skill, include re-use delay and global delay is affected by ASPD too?

i think delay issue is more urgent now, to prevent spamming WL magic skill /ok
