Stone Curse Bug

Stone curse is not working at all.. the animation is shown (make the mob black) but they can continue attacking.. but in certain situations it work.

How to reproduce:
-Cast Stone curse to a mob that is attacking you, very near you.
-It become light black (starting stone curse) and can still hit you
-It become dark black (Succesfull stone curse) and can still hit you (but no animation, only damage is shown or miss)

Sometimes it actually works..

How to make it work sometimes..:
-Cast Stone Curse the most far away you can from a mob and run.
-They get succesfull stone cursed and can't walk or attack anymore.
-Sometimes this method fail too (The normal stone curse skill, have more possibility to work, Pest card and Sienna execrate of warlock always fail)
