Issue bumped.
The fact is, all the skills is property available and the hp and sp bonus given, but, the feature of using any kick with any instance does not works.
It's an old bug, so, I ask you, please, try to fix it asap.

Maybe TalonRO is not updated to the revision with that fix.If the don't update the server the bug is not fixed.
