If you take the mission from the board, and don't complete it, if you talk to Boya or Ur, with their mission completed, mission from the board gets automaticly completed and you can receive the exp reward by clicking the board. I have seen this bug working on 99% of private servers, including the more popular ones
gonna check it, maybe Euphys bugfix fixed this stuff as well
