Do you think its supposed to work that way and can confirm it or your asking if we can confirm it?

Im confused on why this change was made. In all of the sources ive seen, not one source said anything about the element being forced neutral. Can anyone provide proof that its indeed forced neutral?

before I confirmed this I check it first from Aegis and kRO..
so in my test when I use elemental endow skill/item with its counter part targets there is no increase/decrease in damage when warg skills/autoskill is used..therefore it is a force neutral..
