I even uncommented the item in the db and nothing blew up. I created, threw, and used the item in question. There is a sprite for it and everything.

As can be seen in [url="http://rathena.org/board/tracker/issue-6680-pet-groomers-are-not-updated/"]this bug report[/url], the item is being sold in shops on iRO. I wouldn't be surprised if kRO sold it as well, but I'll wait for someone to confirm.
