When I put banshee master cards thief clothes on at first it did only give 1 int and no matk, I then tried the
Entweihen_Card in thiefs clothes, has the same matk code, it raised my matk by 100 as it should, I then put the surplus clothes back on and this time it DID raise my matk.
So try that, at this point I see no issue with the code and it works for me
on a side note what revision are you running? This was tested on 16808
