iRO has info about this but is out to date... so here are discussing about this effect... one of they said:

Their offensive skills are also very weak. For levelling I'd take Agni2 to lvl in Scaraba2 and after I reach 150/50 I'd take Aqua and Ventus 3 for PvP/WoE(aqua 2 for freezing chance)/MvP(aqua2 or ventus3 in defensive mode standing on Water Insignia2).[/background][/font][/color][/quote]
